This is a "new" alto 4CM. Just briefly testplayed.
This is the mouthpiece that Yamaha ships with their top of the line saxes like the 82Z.
These are nicer than the standard 4C Yamaha mouthpieces, which are not bad mouthpieces in their own.
The 4CM I currently have for sale does NOT come with cap and ligature.
