Otherwise in excellent shape.
As far as I can tell, it has the original facing.

Made in the 1930's, this is Link's first model of hard rubber mouthpieces.
These have the largest chamber of all the Otto Link HR mouthpieces.
Theo Wanne's website says:
"Interestingly, they tended to play best with small tip openings." .
