It has a hard, contoured, 'clam-shell' exterior and padded interior.
Has an external side-pocket.
Come with shoulder strap and pack of dessicant (do not eat!).

Three stubby metal feet on the long side opposite the handle.
Molded feet on the small end where the bow of the sax is.
You'd be a fool to set it down on the small end. The drummer will be sure to knock it over.
